The Port Dalhousie Harbour Club development at the former Lincoln Fabrics building opened its sales office on June 8 and already has about 40 per cent of the building sold, or about 50 units.

The Harbour Club VIP Launch Party

Local VIP dignitaries, buyers and friends and family of The Harbour Club celebrated the launch of the Sails Pavilion. This was the pre-launch to the grand opening of the sales centre to the public the following weekend. Dignitaries, developers, VIPs, investors, entertainment, and more were on site. This was located in the old Pier 61 building which has been turned into the sales centre and features a sample kitchen and bathroom.

The sales pavilion won’t open for another few weeks but the interest in what was the Lincoln Fabrics building, but soon to be high-end condos, has grown consistently since the project was first announced. Now that the development has essentially received the blessings needed by city staff and council to move forward and get a shovel in the ground, those involved with The Harbour Club say that word is spreading beyond Niagara’s borders.
