OHBA ANNOUNCES THE 2020 AWARDS OF DISTINCTION FINALISTS
The Ontario Home Builders' Association (OHBA) is pleased to announce the 2020 Awards of Distinction (AoD) finalists. Judged by a panel of industry professionals from across Canada, entries were submitted into 42 categories showcasing excellence in building, design, professional renovation, and sales and marketing across Ontario.
Local VIP dignitaries, buyers and friends and family of The Harbour Club celebrated the launch of the Sails Pavilion. This was the pre-launch to the grand opening of the sales centre to the public the following weekend. Dignitaries, developers, VIPs, investors, entertainment, and more were on site. This was located in the old Pier 61 building which has been turned into the sales centre and features a sample kitchen and bathroom.
The Harbour Club project is one of three condo projects about to be developed or that is already being developed in Port Dalhousie. One of the projects is a condo development next door to the Harbour Club in the Royal Canadian Legion building – a project called Royal Port which is 80 per cent sold.
The sales pavilion won’t open for another few weeks but the interest in what was the Lincoln Fabrics building, but soon to be high-end condos, has grown consistently since the project was first announced. Now that the development has essentially received the blessings needed by city staff and council to move forward and get a shovel in the ground, those involved with The Harbour Club say that word is spreading beyond Niagara’s borders.
